Registration for all area Venues, Merchants, Galleries, Restaurants.

ArtWalk11 will be held the weekend of June 4th & 5th, 2011 from 1pm-6pm both days. The event is a self-guided tour of open studios, gallery exhibitions, in-store hosted shows and events designed to highlight established and emerging artists. Please complete and submit the below registration.

* AGREEMENT:

By registering to participate in the Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk, I agree to the following terms:

  • My space will be open to the public from 1 to 6 pm on Saturday & Sunday, June 4 - 5, 2011.
  • I will work out selling arrangements with the artist prior to the ArtWalk.
  • I will notify the tour coordinators immediately if my space is no longer available for the tour in whole or in part.
  • I will display tour materials leading up to event and tour signage on tour dates.

I have reviewed and agree to the above terms for Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk 2011 .By submitting my registration and participating in Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk,
I assume full risk and responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during
this event and I waive and release Atlantic Avenue ArtWalk producers,
coordinators, and sponsors from any claims arising out of my participation
in this tour.

Please note: For venues seeking artists, registration does not guarantee assignment of an artists to your space. Assignment is based availability of an artist whose work can be installed in given space, size of space offered given scale of work, and is assigned on first-come basis. ArtWalk tour organizers reserve the right to decline registration for any reason.
